Order FAQs

How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods: • Credit Card • Debit Card • Net Banking • UPI • Wallets • Cash on Delivery (COD)* *COD is available on orders up to ₹12,500. A handling fee of ₹50 applies to all COD orders (non-refundable). For orders above ₹12,500, only prepaid options are available. COD is available only within India and only at pincodes covered by our logistics partners.

Why have I not received my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is sent immediately to the email address used at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received it. You can also log into your Akaayu account and view your orders under 'My Orders'. For further help, email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

If you experience any of the following — missing items, empty parcel, order marked delivered but not received, damaged or tampered parcel, wrong package received — please email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please share a description of the issue along with clear images of the parcel and packaging, and an unpacking video. Retain original packaging for 3–4 days after delivery. Claims raised after 48 hours or without adequate evidence may not be considered. Items that have already been used are not eligible for claims.

Some products in my cart are out of stock. Will I be able to buy them later?

Items marked Out of Stock are typically restocked within a few weeks unless they are on a clearance/final sale. Email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com and we'll notify you when the item is back.

I am getting an error during checkout. What do I do?

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com with a screenshot of the error and we'll resolve it promptly. We're available Monday–Saturday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm IST.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellations are only possible before your order has been dispatched and tracking details have been generated. To request a cancellation, email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

In case of cancellation of a prepaid order, what is the refund policy?

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 2 business days.

Shipping

What are the delivery charges?

Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000, a shipping fee of ₹99 applies. COD orders carry a handling fee of ₹50 (non-refundable). During sale events, standard charges apply to all orders regardless of order value.

How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?

We deliver to most pincodes across India. To confirm your pincode is serviceable, email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com or reach out via the Contact page.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–7 business days from dispatch depending on your location. You will be notified if there is any delay.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order at /track-order using your order number. For further help, email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com.

What if I want express delivery?

Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available for ₹199. Select this option at checkout. For urgent requests, email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist.

What if I was not available at the time of delivery?

Our logistics partner will typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse. For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed once the package is received back at our end. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

How do I return or exchange my order?

You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached. Please reuse the original packaging when handing over the item to the pickup executive.

When are returns and exchanges not accepted?

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or on clearance • Items that have been used, washed, or have tags removed • Items where original packaging has been discarded • Customised or tailored orders (alteration requests must be raised within 7 days of receipt) Please ensure you hand over the correct item to the pickup executive. We are not liable if an incorrect item is handed over. Additional charges will apply to re-collect and reship the correct item.

I received a damaged, defective, or wrong product. What do I do?

Email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and provide the best possible resolution.

How long does the return or exchange process take?

Exchange: Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, your exchange order will be dispatched within 3–4 business days. Delivery takes a further 5–7 business days. Return & Refund: Once the item is picked up, the refund will be initiated within 1–2 business days and credited to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.

How do I cancel an exchange request?

To cancel an exchange request, email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com with your order number before the pickup is scheduled.

What sizes do you carry?
