Shipping Policy

Delivery Charges
Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000. For prepaid orders below ₹2,000, a shipping fee of ₹99 applies. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a handling fee of ₹50 is charged and is non-refundable. COD is available on orders up to ₹12,500. For orders above ₹12,500, only prepaid payment options are available. During special sale events, standard shipping charges apply to all orders regardless of order value. These charges will be displayed at checkout.
Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. You will be notified via email if there is any delay in processing or dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email on your registered email address. You can also track your order anytime at /track-order using your order number. For further assistance, email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com. We are available Monday–Saturday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm IST.
Express Delivery
Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available for ₹199 and can be selected at checkout. For urgent delivery requests, please email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. Please note that an additional surcharge may apply depending on your location.
Pincode Serviceability
We deliver to most pincodes across India. We do try to cover as many locations as possible, however there are a few areas beyond our logistics partners' reach where only prepaid options may be available. To confirm serviceability for your pincode, email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com before placing your order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts are unsuccessful — due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal — the package will be returned to our warehouse. For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed once the returned package is received and verified at our end. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of checkout.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to ship items from a single order to multiple addresses, please email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com before your order is dispatched. Address changes after dispatch are possible only if the pincode and state remain the same.
