How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also visit /track-order and enter your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that they enter fulfilment. Email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com immediately.

My order is missing an item.

Please email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express (2–3 business days) is available for ₹199. Orders over ₹2,000 ship free.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be notified.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Email akaayufashionstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery.
